Text Message Program Terms
Program name: True Grit Plumbing Referral Program
Program description: True Grit Plumbing sends text messages to customers who have used our services, inviting them to refer friends, family, or neighbors who need plumbing work. If someone they refer books and completes a job, both the referring customer and the referred customer receive a $25 credit. We also text a referring customer when a reward has been earned and is ready to claim.
Who receives messages: Only customers who have contacted True Grit Plumbing for service, provided their mobile number directly to us, and were told in person at the completion of their job that they may receive a referral text. We do not purchase, rent, or use phone numbers from third-party lists.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. A customer typically receives one referral invitation after a completed job, plus one additional message if they refer someone who books a job. Messages are not sent on a recurring schedule.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
